Smart Phone Mobiliser 5.0 with Mobiliser 5.1

Hello,

We are currently working on Smartphone Mobiliser.

We are able to start Money Mobiliser and web portal is working fine.

But when we try to connect through the smart phone mobiliser(android app through emulator), we are getting time out error.

We are not able to hit the money mobilser services through the smartphone app.

We have downloaded the samrt phone mobiliser from SMP which is part of Mobiliser 5.0, but the money mobiliser which currently we are running is

5.1 which is given as part of training.

We have tried following combinations in mobiliser settings and there is no option to select JSON/REST:

WS Name:

ws-smatphone

            smartphone

            mobiliser/smartphone

mobiliser/rest/smartphone

Kindly help us on the issue with respect to smartphone mobiliser.

Hi Shanker,

        I am trying to size the development effort for implementing the mobiliser platform . For that I wanted to find out how much time it took you to implement the mobiliser platform and the number of resources that worked on it. Your comments highly appreciated.

Hi Anil,

Your query is more open ended and lot factors to be considered when you have posted to set up Mobiliser server on the Linux environment.

But currently you might got the access to SMP3.0 in which life is made easier to set up the platform in a day or at the max couple of days.

Hi Shankar,

Smartphone Mobiliser 5.0 is not compatible with the web services provided on Mobiliser 5.1. You will need to use Smartphone Mobiliser 5.1 for that.

Alternatively, have you tried mobile web on the Mobiliser 5.1 instance ?

Thank you.

We have tried with the mobile web it is working on IE and Emulator.

1.     We are able to hit the WSDL file from browser http://localhost/mobiliser/smartphone/Smartphone.wsdl

2.     Able to login to SPM via browser (please refer the SPM screen shoot) but not able to connect to the http://YOURHOSTNAME:8080/mobiliser/smartphone/rest      

We will try it on the Mobiliser 5.1 Smart Phone Mobiliser and update you.

Note : Can you point to the document about install the Smart Phone Mobiliser 5.1 on device.
