Authorization only for QM manager for usage decision of out of spec lots

Dear experts,

At our site, for the GR inspection from produciton, we are using inspection points using physical samples and we take one sample at a time (i.e if first sample fails we re-process the batch and take another sample).

Now the requirement is, if all the samples are 'rejected' only the QC manager should be able to record the usage decision for the inspection lot. But if the last (or latest) sample is 'accepted' then the QC technician should be able to record the usage decision for inspection lot. Please let me know or contribute your thoughts on how to achieve the solution for this requirement?

hi ravi

you can use user exit in which you can put logic if 2 or 2 no. of mic rejected then that userid must be able to do the UD. If all MIC have valuation accepted then allow UD for Technician.
