Letting Suppliers add/edit line items in a Master Agreement

We are using eSourcing v9 and would like to let Suppliers add/edit line items on Master Agreements and Agreements.  Is there a way to let the Supplier see the Line Items tab so they can add or edit line items on the agreement?  Currently the Supplier only sees the Summary and Contract Documents tabs.

Hi Phil,

The Line Items tab is not exposed to the suppliers.  They see only some "header" level meta-data about the Master Agreement and they can collaborate on the Contract Document (legal Word document) itself if it's in a phase that is shared with the supplier.  However, they are not able to access the Line Items directly.

One possible workaround would be to export the Line Items to Excel, send them to the supplier in a Discussion message, and then have the supplier update the Line Items in the Excel and return it.  You can then import the updated Line Items to the Master Agreement.  This is sometimes done with Pricing Agreements where pricing is changing quarterly or on some other period basis.

Hi,

  If you add your particular supplier as collaborator with read/write access in the master agreement ,then your supplier can able to edit line items in the Master agreement.
