Search Request Report doesnt show Risk Violation column correct

Hi Experts,

When I check the report "Search Requests" on Access Management -> Access Request Administration none of my requests show the green or red icons on "Risk Violations" or "Mitigation Control" columns when I previously run the access risk simulation analysis correctly .

This report stopped working since the implementation of the Support Package 12.
