user(audit user) deactivating very frequently

Hi SAP HANA Friends,

Is there a way to find recent log in(user_name) related to application user?

we have one user, which is using for create Usage Report in BO, so whenever tray to generate this report from BO, internally sql script user this user_name and password to connect Hana database and generate the report,

this user deactivating very frequently, every time I had to activate manually,

please help me to find out what is wrong with this user
