Generating Alerts mails for 0 failed idoc's in BPmon

Hi Gurus,

I have configured interface monitoring for Inbound and Outbound Idocs using BPMon in solution Manager 7.0.

I am getting Email alerts even for 0 Failed Idoc's. I want email to be generated only when if there is any Idoc failed in the satellite system.

Also it gives Red rating for 0 IDocs found in the system.

"Alert Rating/Date/Time/Message:

Red 13.05.2013 05:27:50 0 IDocs have been found since last data fetch at 07:13:03 on 13.05.2013"

Please help me to resolve this issue and setup it for valid alert.

Hi Vinod

Which ST-A/PI do you use in target system ?

Depending on the ST-A/PI, you need some Note. So please make sure following notes are implemented in managed system. Also make sure you configure alert setting properly (Upper threshold & lower threshold).
