Hi All,

As i am BO consultant and  for me RDS technology is very new i wanted to know that is the stadard BO dashboards available in this technology as mention below

1. Budget Vs Actual Sales Analysis
2. Collection Forecast
3. Collection status
4. Customer complaint analysis
5. Customer enquiry analysis
6. Finance Performance
7. Lease Rental
8. Project cost analysis
9. Project rate analysis
10. Unit Availability status

As well as is standard BI reports available using this technologyas mention below

1. Customer ageing
2. Vendor Ageing
3. Purchase register
4. Tax register
5. Sub ledger report
6. Sales transfer register report
7. Agreement register report
8. Reporting on services
9. Daily progress report
10. Vendor payment details

If such reports available in RDS how should i procceed?

Also i am having few queries regarding the RDS

1. Architecture & Landscape of RDS
2. Current status  (Version / patch)
3. Pre-requisite
4. Deployment methodology
5. How it works
6. Tools & technology
7. Risk area’s & mitigation
8. Assumption

please guide me as i have to work on the same.

Hi,

As far as i know..

• SAP RDS is a Add-on to be deployed/configured on SAP environment.

• SAP RDS has pre-built content (end-to-end) which can be deployed with the use of Configuration guides provided for that particular RDS.

• Configuration guides will give you information on Required softwares and pre-requisites.

• SAP RDS enables/gives idea to achieve solutions for new as well as old SAP tools/concepts/methodologies, but, it may not provide all pre-logics and may need modifications in all the levels of the architecture if required.

• SAP RDS can be customized according to customers needs.
