Combining multiple PREQs in SNP Deployment & create single PO

Hello APO experts,

There is business requirement to make a singe purchase order during SNP deployment run by combining multiple Preqs within given period. For example if we are running SNP deployment weekly for 7 day deployment horizon it should combine all 7 days pres and create one single PO instead of creating multiple POs.

Hi Raj,

Try running deployment in WEEKLY planning bucket, this might solve your purrpose.

We don't run deployment at the vendors.  That would be a lot more work to run Deployment at each vendor besides maintaining the master data at each vendor.

The only other work around I know now is to run SNP Heuristics at the Plant to recreate the pur req's and using periodic lot size.

Try creating a deployment profile with user created fair share rule. Run deployment and see if it works.

Hii raj,

Creation Of PO totally depends on On the TLB Profile. Where you can set TLB parameters.

go through the SAP help on Tlb Profile.

On the basis of these parameters , system will club desired Deployed Purreqs and will create one PO.

Thanks for reply. You are right during TLB it can. I think I have not phrased my question correctly. What I mean is considering multiple preqs in one deplyment PREQ. Is this possible through some config or via enhancement BADi?

I am also interested in finding a way to combine many pur req's into a single STO without using TLB.   Does anyone have any suggestion?

Hii Raj,

Sorry for late reply. Yes it is possible to create one deployed preq combining all the Pur req, It is possible if you are maintain Push Deployment. It'll push  what ever stock is available, in a single Receipt element

I hope it'll fulfill your requirement.
