Hi,

In Urgent change for each status we see Actions to be performed. This is based on schedule conditions.

Is it possible to restrict the display of Actions ?

Example:

Urgent correction status is 'In Development' & action available is 'Pass Urgent Correction to Test'.  When Developer logs in then action 'Pass Urgent Correction to Test' should not be displayed for his ID, But when Change Manager logs in he should be able to see the action  'Pass Urgent Correction to Test'.

Hi Kumar,

I guess we dont have a standard option to control the display of actions. We had a similar requirement in my last assignment and we achieved it by creating a new Authorization object (Z_ACTIONS) and this was used to restrict the display of actions in the drop down list.

Note: This was done in 7.0 version, but should still work in 7.1 as well.
