Problem in Installing SAP GUI 6.2 Patch 57

Hi friends,

Currently we have SAP GUI 6.2 version for Windows with Patch level 32. We need to update with Patch level 57. But, we are ending with an error saying SAP GUI front end needs to be installed. Could anyone please help in resolving this problem?

Hi,

I would suggest you to reinstall your GUI( What ever the version you are using)again and update your patch step by step.

Hi,

We didn't apply SAP setup patch 12 which is a pre-requisite for applying patch level 57. Now it is working fine. Anyway, thank you for your guidance.
