Hi

We are upgrading Solution Manager from 7 Ehp1 SPS 24 to 7.1 SPS 8

During the Execution roadmap, the phase XPRAS_AIMMRG errored out.

I have opened as OSS message with SAP and they have replied asking us to go to SE18 and check the activated implementations and decide which one is needed.

I'm not sure which ones to deactivate. Here are the multiple active objects. Which wire to cut?

Unfortunately, we don't have application support for Solution Manager. The note 1808669 was helpful though.

So far I have come collected the following information:

1. SMUM_USER_DELETE - SAP note 1802383 - deacticvate BBP_MS_USER_DELETE
2. SMUM_USR_CREATE_POST - SAP note 1828106 - deactivate RSSBR_SMUM_CRM_SUS
3. HRALE00INBOUND_IDOC and HRALE00SPLIT_INBOUND - SAP note 1808669 - deactivate RPM_P_HRALE and RPM_CP_HRALE

SAP's reply matches 1 and 2. Waiting for a confirmation on 3 (which I now have from the note you provided).

Hi Anil,

We encountered the same situation this week Oct 20, 2013.  Had to stop SUM, the unlock system using  /usr/sap/trans/bin -> tp unlocksys "SID" pf=TP_DOMAIN_"SID".PFL.  Then logged into system with DDIC and deactivated the custom badi. For some reason the SUM update process activated both the SAP Badi and the Custom badi.  I compared it to production and I was concerned that the system being upgraded was somehow out of sync.  Deactivating it, locking the system back up and restarted SUM got me past the error.

Hi Anil,

    You need to remove flag repaired object from the ABAP dictionary.

   Try this Tx SE03 ==> Objects ==> Display Repaired Objects ==> Mark the repaired object ==> click on the Repair Flag Button

Hello Anil,

You already found the helpful Note.Last section says "

This solution is applicable to other objects if the error is similar and there are multiple BADI implementations present. "

So check if there are multiple BADI implementation are present in the system. If yes, you need to deactivate them. You need to check with your application team to decide which implementation in not needed and can be deactivated. DDIC will not be able make changes so use some other user. To use the other users you have to unlock the system. For the commands to lock and unlock the system, check the SUM upgrade guide. At the moment, shadow system do not exist, so do not use the commands to unlock the shadow. It wont work.
