Central Contract : Contract In backend ECC does not appear in tracking Tab in SRM

Hello,

We are on SRM 7.0 SP2 with ECC 6.0 EhP 6 in Classic Scenario.

We are able to create contracts in SRM & distribute to backend ECC using PI.

1. However, upon creation of backend ECC contract, the corresponding ECC document number is not getting updated in the 'Tracking' tab of SRM Central Contract.

        I see the PurchasingContractSRMReplicationConfirmation_Out as successful in ECC, but nothing coming into SRM.

2.     Also, what are the PI services that need to be activated for PO creation.

• PurchaseOrderERPRequest_Out_V1
• PurchaseOrderERPConfirmation_In
• PurchaseOrderERPRequest_In_V1
• PurchaseOrderERPConfirmation_Out_V1

        Are all these or only a couple of these need to be activated ? Please confirm.

Hello Priydarshan,

So, let get a closer look to it.

First,

You had told us that you have properly configured the Contract creation and it is working fine, but your XML PurchasingContractSRMReplicationConfirmation_Out is not at your inbound queue in SAP SRM.

Please, take a look at your SXI_MONITOR transcation within the PI server if there is some error regarding to the XML. Probably it does not have the integration configured or PI cache is up to date and does not recognize it.

In the creation process the inbound replication confirmation XML is processed to update the Contract at SAP SRM. The number and status will be displayed after you run CLEAN_REQREQ_UP transaction too.

For PO creation in classic scenario, all those XMLs are needed to make it works. Also, you will need some Synchronous services configured to calculate the Price under SRM Pricing. Please check note
