Hi,
Compare the following screen-capture with the 'Append Structure' of your RIHQMEL structure.
This might be the reason. The 'Revision' (REVNR) field is added throguh this append structure.
To check: Tcode SE11 --> Select 'Database Table option with value 'RIHQMEL' then click on Display. In the Dictionary screen clcik on button 'Append Structure'.

you have to try with custom field in the sub -screen
use 90 as customer field and make necessary changes in the exit
SAPLIQS0 -7790 USER0001 SAPLXQQM

This field is handled differently in various releases. With most recent releases you should see the field if EA-PLM switch is activated (check in transaction SFW5).
