Reset or undo Portal personalization for standard ALV component

Hi,

1. We are working on the GRC personalization in Portal.

We had to to hide some of the columns of the table. We used portal personalization (in the preview mode as an administrator), we hid some of the columns in a report. But it effected other reports as well as the same ALV WD component (SALV_WD_TABLE)  was used in all other components.

So we tried to delete the configuration using WD_ANALYZE_CONFIG_COMP, WD_ANALYZE_CONFIG_USER, WD_ANALYZE_CONFIG_APPL. But it did not work, not even reset the personalization for any component.

Is there a way to delete or reset the personalization(or configuration) ?

2. We tried to create a component configuration for SALV_WD_TABLE, it gave error initially but finally it created.

I am not able to delete this now. It's giving short dump now.It is saying that error at "DETERMINE_DB_KEY" of program ""CL_SALV_WD_BL_DB_ACCESS". The termination type is "RABAX_STATE".

Are these interlinked?

How to delete this configuration? 

Can you please help me to resole this?

You can use standard component : WD_ANALYZE_CONFIG_USER.

Execute this, give inputs and execute you will get all configurations available for that component and you can delete if you want.

For your quick reply. As i told in my post, I tried the option WD_ANALYZE_CONFIG_COMP, WD_ANALYZE_CONFIG_USER, WD_ANALYZE_CONFIG_APPL but it did not work.

Coming to delete personalization from PCD, I think it will not work as the customization is stored in backend.
