Redirect URL for CUP with SSO

Hi,

We've implemented SSO for GRC & the URL: http://<server>:52000/AE/index_apr.jsp works fine with SSO.

We've also deployed the Redirect ear for CUP & made the security settings in VA as per Note

1252589, however the Redirect URL below prompts for the GRC login credentials & does not open up automatically...

https://<server>:52001/RedirectApp/?redirectURL=http://<server>:52000/AE/index_apr.jsp

Please advise...

Hi Saba,

Could you please check with your Basis administrator whether SSO is established between your Internal Portal & External Portal. It might be possible that while calling the URL which you  have given, your internal server is actually calling to external server. So SSO should be configured at both the servers at J2EE level.

We needed to ensure that the Ticket for the RedirectApp in VA, picked SPNego for Authentication...
