tr import failed in PI systems

Hi All,

When i try to import the transport request , it is getting failed with the below error in PI systems

System details:PI7.31 dual stack,Oracle 11.2,SunOS 5.10

Exception during deploy:com.sap.aii.util.misc.api.ResourceException: Connection to system Integration Builder using application CMS

-Transport lost. Detailed information: Error accessing http://10.142.X.XX:50000/dir/cmstransport/int? with user NWDI_CTSADM. Re

sponse code is 401, response message is Unauthorized

Further in the rfc connection CTSDEPLOY , i have given user as J2EE_ADMIN and whenever i try to import the transport the J2EE_ADMIN is getting locked .Let me know is there any way to avoid the lock for the user J2EE_ADMIN always

Is there another alternative way of pushing the transports to other PI systems other than OS lvevel and FIle system pattern in IB ????????

User NWDI_CTSADM  May be setup as a Normal user, and you get the error because it wants you to change password. Change the User to TECHNICAL User, and then try and reimport.

Could you please check if you could access the link
http://10.142.X.XX:50000/dir/cmstransport/int?
with user NWDI_CTSADM and its password?

It is necessary that the service user NWDI_CTSADM be created in the

target PI system.

Thus please execute the below steps in the system,

1. Create the user NWDI_CTSADM in the target system with the

following role,

SAP_SLD_ORGANIZER

SAP_XI_CMS_SERV_USER

You may make sure that the same role is available for the user in source

system as well.

2. After executing the above step please execute the below url in the

browser after providing target system domain and port details,

http://<domain>:<port>/dir/cmstransport/int?

Login to the webpage using NWDI_CTSADM and its password.

3. Please execute the transport by initiating a new transport from the

source and try to import into the target system.

I am trying to import tr from DEV to QAS ,but during import am getting this error

http://10.142.x.xx:50000 is the url of Central SLD

I tried logging with user NWDI_CTSADM too but authentication is failing .I have given the specific roles to user NWDI_CTSADM in source system and Target system too!!!

Hi,

Could you please check if user NWDI_CTSADM is locked in SU01?

Would you please logon to STMS->System Overview-> SID,then click on the

the "Transport Tool" tab, then goto - XI User/Password and make sure

you have entered the correct user name and password? If possible,please

re-enter them and check the issue again.
