Time out error, processing UD, no inventory posting occurred

We were processing a UD on an inspection item, and the user received a time out error.  In the system, the UD is now saved, but the inventory never posted from QI to Unrestricted stock.  How do I perform this part of the function?  SAP does not allow for manual MIGO transactions to take inventory from QI. QA12 & QA14 tell me that no usage decision has been made, and QA11 will not allow me in, since the usage decision has been made.  In QA11, the UD light is red, all others are green.

I presume UD is taken & stock posting not done.then Status of the lot should be UD SPRQ.

Go to QA12>> go to stock posting screen>> Do stock posting >>Save>>Status of lot will become UD SPCO

There is an SAP note that corrects inconsistent UD's that corrected teh issue for us.  Note # 174877.
