SAP GUI failed to start transaction

I have encountered an error with NWBC where it fails to start transactions.  The SAP GUI works fine as does the HTML version of NWBC; however, the desktop version returns the below error for any transaction code.  Has anyone seen this issue before?

Typically, that just meant that meant that meant the SAPGUI description on your logon pad differs from the System settings you made in the NWBC login.  To change

a) Launch your NWBC desktop

b) On the "System Selection" popup window, click your entry of interest and then click on Change

c) Verify that the field "SAP GUI Logon Description" matches with what you have on your SAPGUI logon pad.

Hello Melinda,

I checked and in NWBC logon, the field SAP GUI Logon Description is empty/

Still when I enter NWBC and then I write first SAPGUI transaction I have the message from the screen:

 

Is strange that for other NWBC is working only for 3 systems is not working.

I have the same problem, but when I put the same description in the field SAP GUI Logon Description is still not working and I have the message:
