ZA05 : beneficiaries list creation

Hi everybody,

I create a list of beneficiaries manually for multi-delivery orders (ZA08) in SAP but I would like to create this list of beneficiaries from an excel/csv file (for example) and load it in SAP with the transaction ZA05. But i have no idea about the content of this file. Could someone help me by showing a template please?

Hello Juan,

ZA08 and ZA05 appear to be a customer-customised transaction code.
