Hi,
While making PGI, How can we check O.A. Value (Item Wise / All PGI Items).
If he is given 16 % Excise, Discount, etc.
We cannot see Value & condition while making PGI. How we can see.

You can obtained condition value in delivery after carrying out the below process.
Go to SPRO - Logistic execution - shipping - Basic shipping function - pricing - Define pricing procedure for delivery. Assigned pricing procedure in delivery type.

Whatever solution U have given it is not fulfulling our requirement.
Whatever manual discount given in sales order should be reflected in delivery
i,e. We want to copy the condition values from sales order to delivery.
