Dear all,
some colleagues and I are currently studying to take the exam for Support Consultant for Incident Management with SAP Business All-in-One.
We are facing one problem though: we don't know anything about how this exam is carried out nor about the structure of the questions.
Are there any areas which are being focused on? To what a degree do you need to familiarize with details or is it more about basic concepts?
Is there anybody who could provide a catalog of sample questions? SAP Education nor Parter Edge don't seem to provide material.....
Thanks in advance for your hints,
Cheers, Volker
Hi Volker,
you will see the topic areas covered in the exam on our training & certification pages:
The structure of the questions is typically multiple choice. You will see in the above topics weighting the importance of each area.
You will find sample questions here:

All learning content for this exam is accessible via the Channel Partner Portal. You have a good overview of all learning elements on the Channel Partner Portal here (log-in required):

In case of questions you can also reach out to your Partner Service Delivery Adviser who will be happy to help.
Hope this helps!
Good luck,
Arnold
