Transport from PI 7.31 to 7.11

Hi,

has anyone exported ESR and IB content from PI 7.31 to PI 7.11 ?

Do you know which restrictions SAP puts on this if no features of 7.31 are used in the objects ?

I know this is a weird scenario but we are in a situation where this may be required ?

In addition to Sharbarish reply, If you have any Netweaver BPM scenarios in 7.31 that would not be seamless to convert back to ccbpm in 7.1.  I personally recommend you to select case by case scenario and analyze the support  that exist in both versions.  Example you can still use AAE scenarios from 7.3 to 7.1 without big impact.  Mappings/UDF should not be a big problem.  Overall I did not do it, but it requires some good regression test.

Never tried it before but a wild guess is that as long as the SI are XI 3.0 compatible and in the mapping you havnt used any new features (i dont think there are any) issues.

In case of ID, obviously some of the new adapter features ex. JMS topics, IDOC_AAE, HTTP_AAE etc will cause issues during transport if used.
