Shopping cart has created two workflows

Hi Experts,

Shopping cart created and approved completly.Follow-on document PO also created. But the status of the workflow is showing as "Inprocess".

We have checked the workflow details for this SC and noticed that two wokflows triggered for this sc.

Please find the below screenshot and let us know why this sc has two workflows.

are Workflow started at the same time?

Please check events linkage in transaction SWE2.

Hi Suman,

What do you mean by two workflows triggered.

System thorws ambiguity of there are two workflows active for the same start conditions.

Also i can see from the screen shot there is only one workflow showing WS14000133 which is N step approval for shopping cart.

Please verify once again if all the four level of approvals are completed.
