Dear Gurus,

We have recently upgraded our EP server from 7.0 EHP2 to NW 7.3 EHP1 SP6 in windows environment. After upgrade if we try to import role in https://<FQDN of host name>:<port>/irj  > System Administration > Transport Packages > Import path, we get following error:-

Portal runtime error

An exception occurred while processing your request. Send the exception ID to your portal administrator.

Exception ID 10:53_07/05/13_0037_5217250

See log file for details about this exception

I found following log details in DEFAULT TRACE file:-

[EXCEPTION]

com.sap.portal.prt.om.ObjectNotAvailableException: Object: [com.sap.portal.pcm.admin.nwdiservice|DtrPcmExtension] load failed

Here, I have used Administrator ID to import roles. The same was working earlier and also been working in DEV server even after upgarding.

Please guide.

Nilutpal.

Hello All,

Problem got solved after upgrading kernel in back-end R3 (ECC) system . Earlier it was 201 whereas the level in EP was 402, so we have upgraded kernel in ECC also to 402 and the issue got solved.

Regards,

Nilutpal.
