Mail to requestor on rejection of shopping cart in approval process.

Hi everyone,

My requirement is on rejection of shopping cart during approval process mail not getting triggered to requestor informing rejection of SC.whereas it is working fine for rejection of shopping cart in sourcing.Following settings are maintained.

1. In SPRO for define recipient in approve shopping cart contact person all the checkboxes are checked.
2. In define event Schema for shopping cart schema is set to 'SC'.

Please tell me which configuration am missing.
