STPPOD.DELVRY03 idco

Hi Guys,

In PO collaboration process, I was trying to configure for sending GR info to SNC.

I understand, when GR is done using VL32N in Ecc then it should generate a idoc STPPOD.DELVRY03 type. But unfortunately it's not getting triggered.

I checked the partner profile in WE20. The screenshot is given below

Can anyone please suggest where am I doing mistake?

HI Pratyusha,

Go to transaction code:NACE & maintain setting as below:

Select Application:E1

Click on condition records & select output type:OPOD

Enter Delivery type:EL

Delivery type:EL

Function:LS

Partner:SPICLNT100

Medium:6

Date/time:4

Lang:EN

Hi Praty,

Please look into below configuration

1) For your Confirmation control key select A-Always POD Relevant

2) For Item category ELN POD Relevant X and POD Automatic  V

SAP->Customizing Implementation Guide -> LogisticsExecution ->Shipping ->Deliveries ->Proof of Delivery ->Set POD-Relevance Depending on Delivery Item Category

3) Check if in your Vendor Master the field "POD-Relevant" is assigned the value "A".

4) Do not use Partner Role (keep this blank)

Partner Type-->LS

Message Type-->STPPOD

Basic Type ->DELVRY03

and under message control define

Application->E1

Message Type

Process code-->OPOD

Change--ticked

If after all these steps still you are not able to send then you need to check your NACE transaction.

Check if the following settings are also correctly set:

1. NACE settings (Condition Records / Output Type / Procedure / Access Sequence) for Application E1

2. Check if in your Vendor Master the field "POD-Relevant" is assigned the value "A".

The Application is "E1" and the Output Type is "OPOD"
