We are on SRM 7 EHP1 SP8.
Created a PO by referring a central contract in Propose Sources of Supply. PO is ordered and the release value updated on central contract.
Now I have locked the central contract. That means it is not available as source of supply.
When I amend the PO (previuosly created) quantity/value by keeping the contract reference, it should give an error message and prevent ordering the
PO since the contract is in Locked status. But that is not happening. It is allowing to amend the PO. But PO is stuck in "Awaiting approval" status.
We have not implemented any approaval for new/change PO. It should get auto approved. We are using PCW with standard adhoc approval functionality.
Please suggest how to prevent ordering PO with referring Locked contract.
