Grey status for host metrics

Hello,

I have setup the technical monitoring scenario in Solution Manager. The managed system configuration was also completed sucessfully but I can't see any host metrics.

I have checked the managed system's diagnostics agent as well as the host agent and they have a green status.

I also have followed the steps that helped solved the question on this post:

However, I still can't see any metrics for the system's host. Any ideas?

I just want to add a comment. The satellite system is installed on a virtual host, could this be the cause?

Any help would be highly appreciated.

I just found Knowledge Database Article:

I'll try that and see how it goes.
