Reversing the consumed budget amounts

Hi All,

We went live with FM module and due to some critical issues we had to deactivate it. Now we want to go live again.

I want to make the consumed amount zero and the consumed values should add back to consumable amount.

I am aware of delete commitment and actual data. If I run that then the consumed amount becomes zero but it is not adding the back to consumable amount. So please help how to get the values back to consumable amount

Hi,

After the type of action you have described, remember to reconstruct the totals and AVC via FMAF (first) and FMAVCREINIT transactions.

Regards,

Eli

Thanks,

I have already run FMAVCREINIT. The consumed amount became zero. But the values were not added back to consumable amount. How do I get the values added back.

What are they, then? Please, provide some screenshots...

Hi Eli,

Thank you. Issue solved.

I misread it. Solution is to:

> Delete commitment and actual data

> then run FMAVCREINIT

this will set the consumed values to zero,
