Error when opening an RFC connection

Dear Experts,

I am getting this error messages when I make connection test. What may be the problem. Can anyone please guide me on the finding out the error in this?

               Error Details    Error when opening an RFC connection (FUNCTION: 'exec_sapgui' Win32 error 2

Hi,

we have the same error now after upgrading GUI from 7.30 to 7.40

Only user with 7.40-GUI have the problem. 7.30GUI-Users don't have the error.

The error occurs on different SAP systems (731, 700)

The error occurs while connection test of LOCAL_PRINT-destination.

Have anyone an idea ?

Hi Naresh,

Could you please share the more details regarding the issue:

1. Which SAP Solution and Version are you getting this error

2. What is the version of your SAP GUI

3. Which RFC are you checking

As said by Atul, one solution (as per the error screen shot that you have given) can be to upgrade your SAP GUI.
