Hi SRM Gurus,
Right away I still stack on below situation:
Cases : Because of wrong information from User I just delete a SRM PO number (8000012345)and now User need that PO number.
The question is there any posibility to create a new PO with old PO number (8000012345)? thanks

Hi Yohan,
when you delete a PO in SRM, it is only a 'logical' deletion, meaning that the document number is still being reserved, thus you can't create a new PO under the same number. This is also a legal requirement that the number ranges a continuous, so that they can't be misused.
There is the option to change the number range actual number in t-code SNUM, but it is generally not recommended due to possible inconsistencies.

Hi Yohan,
You can always see a deleted PO in portal. If you remember PO number, then enter that in POWL and click in copy button to create a new PO from the deleted ones.
