we want in qa32 for block stock storage location should be default block storage location.

There is no std way to acheive this.
This storage location is always a GR storage Location.
You can change the Staorage location while stock posting done.
no problem but is there any exit to achieve this?

Maintain GR Storage Location = Blocked stocked storage location.
Maintain authorization for only for Receiving purpose, block it for Issuing purpose.
