Getting XML file from web link

Hi Team,

I have scenario to get XML file from web link through dynamic process and send Idoc in to R/3 using message mapping. So, could you please let me know how I can get XML from web link without using any third party system or java proxy? I am working SAP PI 7.1 SP 14.
