Replenish non valuated Articles

Hello All,

Can anyone suggest how to replenish Non value Articles(UNBW) or any suggestion for replenishing Articles without value.

Hi Sandeep,

                   For the articles under article type UNBW-Non-valuated articles are managed on a quantity basis, but not by value. 

For replenishing these non valuated articles please raise PO with account assingment category & at the time of goods receipt ,System will not update value of this material ,but quantity will get updated...

We are actually looking to automate the process of replenishing the Value only Articles, not manually entering the account assignment. We are trying to do the Pull process of Replenishment by creating PR's where we do not need to enter the account assignment and cost center.

Hi,

The non valuated articles(Article type-UNBW) only update the quantity base but not as value base. you can check in SPRO - logistic general-material master-basic settings-material types-Define attributes of material types.

Hello Sandeep,

Following options are available for replenishment;

(a) Automatic replenishment, if you maintain RP parameters in Article Master

(b) Manual replenishment, directly creating Purchase Order for this Articles

Note that, as per standard SAP design for UNBW article type, you have to enter an account assignment in the purchase order.

Based on account assignment, SAP system shall create stock when you do a GR and at a same time system will post the GR Value to respective account.

Thanks for the answers,

But what i really want is to Replenish products in SAP Retail which are not valuated.Products like Gift cards, lottery tickets etc... sold at store, which do not have any value until they are sold.

We need an automatic replenishment which involves creating of Automatic PO's(STO) using ME59 and creating PO's using collecting PO method WF10.

Hi,

  In SPRO -material mangement-consumption based planning-Replenishment control-follow on document (via store order) maintain document category as 1 for PR. In article master in logistic store view maintain RP type for automatic replenishment,internal source as 2 and maintain max. qty and min qty. In WRP1 create replenishment planning and generate it.
