Hi experts,
im working on File to IDOC scenario, i have configured the FTP communication channel and given the necessary parameters.
In CC monitoring it is showing the error " path does not exist "
i have checked the FTP server the path is there and it is the same path which i have mentioned in the communication channel.
guide me to resolve this issue.
Hi all,
Thanks for your replies..
my issue get resolved..
i used ' / ' only in the folder path.FTP admin gave the incorrect path..
path which i have given in CC is /ftphome/public/Coop_erp
when we checked the folder path by accessing from PI server it is directly showing /Public/Coop_erp.
so i removed the " ftphome " from the path.. it worked..

Hi Bhargava,
You said the folder path is there on the server. Not sure if you remotely logged in or accessed it through file explorer.
sometimes, admin can expose the directory from where files needs to be processed as a root directory. In such case no need to give complete path and instead you can simply give a '/" so that files will be processed.
To check if that is the issue- can you try below?
Connect to that FTP server with the credentials(not a remote logon - may be you can use filezilla/ftp://) and try to locate the folder you are looking for.
If you use filezilla,it displays the target path on the right hand side and you can simply use it in your channel.

Hi,
Can you provide the screen shot of the Communication channel and FTP Path which you access through FTP tool?
