Info structure in credit management

Hi All.

I have two main questions

A) credit management

1)   when we create sales order, does the system calculates the open sales order value in info structure and then from there the open sales value is updated in FD32 T code ?

B) Rebates

When rebates is calculated in invoice, does the rebate value at the same time gets updated in rebate info structure. If yes, I need to  know what all further calculations or Rebates T codes uses the information from rebate info structures !

The info structure are transparent tables used in LIS for stastical purposes.

S066 (Open orders: credit management)
