ATO order... partial confirmation

Hi,

I am not able to confirm partial stock for the materials in ATO process... Material is with strategy Grp 82...  when i check availability display below is the screen that shows no stock in Confirmed but it shows in Cum ATP only. how to go about this and get partial confirmation and proposal dlvry date for rest of unconfirmed stock...

Pls suggest...
