Differences between text type in VL02N

Dear SAP experts,

I would like to know what is the configuration of the the text type in VL02N

I wish to know where those text goes and how

Hi ,

These text types are using at delivery document level, And we can configure these at SPRO-> Logistic Exe-> Basic Shipping Functions->Text Control

The use of these texts are to communicate message to other department as well as customer if required.

If we need to give packing message to the packaging  team, or message to delivery challan and message for billing .

So what ever message we can maintain here we can fetch it to output of Delivery challan , Invoice and packing list.

Hi,

          configure these at SPRO. the path is SPRO- Logistic Exe-> Basic Shipping Functions->Text Control. text mainly used for the communication purpose
