Denominator (Divisor)/Numerator for Conversion of Sales Qty into SKU changed for fully billed items

Dear All,

We are using order based billing with BOM materials, after lineitem fully invoiced due to some reasons line item quantity changed for the line item

in change logs-Denominator (Divisor) for Conversion of Sales Qty into SKU changed with user id in the log. users not made any changes to the line item not added quantity under schedule line.

could you suggest what might have caused this.

Hi,

If the system is showing the user ID, I think user might have done the changes.He/She might not be recollecting it.

Let see what others say on this.

We have many such examples, we had similar problem with change idocs, change idocs were able to update quantity for fully invoiced items, we have fixed it by changing the change idoc logic.
