Developer ID changing in ZMHF

Hello,

While importing the ZMHF to the quality system the Developer Field is automatically changing to ID who is performing the action of moving the request to Quality system.

Please advice.

Hi Abhishek,

Please check the following configuration:

SAP Solution Manager->Capabilities (Optional)->Change Management->Standard Configuration->Change Request Management Framework->Make Settings for Change Transaction Types

Select transaction type ZMHF and select Use Partner Functions.It should look like this if you copied from the standard SMHF and haven't changed it:

Note that the 'Partner to' column is defining what partner function to automatically update with the current logged on user/BP when that USrSt status is set. Thus, for ZMHF, the current user/BP will automatically be updated in the Developer partner function (SMCD0001) when the Urgent Change is set to In Development (E0002) and To Be Tested (E0004) statuses. In your example above, did the Developer change to the current user/BP when changed to To Be Tested? If so, this configuration made that happen. If you don't want this, you can remove the E0004 entry and it should stop.

Have you set any partner determination by actions or by BPF. check this

and also make sure you implemented the BASIC Charm correction note as per your release, and also check the sap note 1728284 - ITSM: Partner Functions for the WebClient UI
