Hello Community,
I want to monitor my NetWeaver ABAP 7.3 systems via CCMS.
I created a csmconf_sapstartsrv file with the needed informations and restated the sapstartsrv service.

I deleted the AL* files, but that doenst worked.
There are no agents visible in rz21
Any suggestions?

SAP Note 1748420 says that I should rename the monitoring object in my CEN.
Can you tell me, how to do this. in Transaction RZ20 I can't see the MO "general".

Hi Bastin,
Upgrade hostagent.
Upgrade to latest CCMS patchlevel. Apply the related ABAP patches.
Solution is in renaming monitoring object "General" to "SysInfoGen" to avoid naming conflict. This is done automatically by applying the patches.
Fix (medium, agents, rel. 720-740)
Renaming MO 'General' created by saposcol OS collector to avoid MO naming conflict. See note 1748420
