Hai;

When the user books a travel request, he wants to input estimated kilometer. So once he save which field it needs to update. Also

then next level (Approval), we need to show the rate for that service provider. how to give car rental rate per km?.

Hi Rex.

As per your requirement , there is no standard travel request field in FITP_REQUEST_FORM . So you need to design custom form for travel request.

In your custom travel request form can be  added new field
