MOBILE BO ERROR...404 Missing Page on iPad

Hi Experts,

I've a problem that is can NOT connect to BI server via Mobile BO on iPAD. Aftering loging,  the BO server returns a 404 missing page error.

And I found the request url which is  "GET /BOE/BI/MobileBIService/MessageHandlerServlet?message=GetVersion&requestSrc=iPad HTTP/1.1" in the log file. According to the configuration document, I thought it's not right, which should be "MobileBIService/MessageHandlerServlet?message=GetVersion&requestSrc=iPad".  So I was wondering if there is anybody could tell me how to re-configure it .  Thanks in advance.

Thanks everyone for taking the time to help me. After modifying the CMS name to IP:6400 , this issue disappeared.

HI ,

this is will happen which server is not responding  and as you given IP address is local which means it can access only in company wifi or else you can access using VPN from the apple device.

hi there,

change Server URL which you entered replace with this url :- http://<Server Name>:8080

CMS name : 6400

Like :- BOESERVER:6400 or IP:6400

Hi,

cahnge your Server url to http://servername:8080

thats it dont use BOE/BI

Instead of CMS name try putting the IP address of the machine running your CMS and check the issue
