Installation Problem in SAP NetWeaver AS ABAP 7.02 SP6 64-bit Trial

Hi, I have problem in system requirements while installing Netweaver NWABAPTRIAL70211_64. My OS is Windows 7 Professional under a domain. It says my OS doesn't match. Can anyone help?

With an error like that I would first re-run the installation and try to restart it. It will work out how far it has got and re-run the step that failed. It may be that the cause was temporary and that it will fail second time around. Just to be sure, I'd reboot the machine before restarting.

If that doesn't work I'd start a fresh installation and run it from the beginning. Maybe also delete everything that has been installed so far, just in case what is there is faulty in a way that prevents a new install. You could try the uninstall option in sapinst. My experience, though, is that it doesn't always remove everything, and you might have to resort to deleting stuff by hand.

This process does usually run cleanly - I've done it many times now and had few issues. It does work best on a clean machine, though. I usually install in a virtual machine on my laptop, with a completely clean Windows installation. This also makes it easy to throw away and start again if something goes wrong.

That message is expected. The installation guide mentions it. For a trial system, these prerequisites can be ignored. As the message says, you can safely choose "Cancel", which continues the installation without repeating the checks.
