SRM 7.0/OCI and Brazil localisation

Hi

We are about to roll out our SRM 7.0 in Brazil and thereby active the Brazil localisation.

This will activate 5 new fields.

Do anyone know if you can have these fields filled from your catalog.(we are not using SAP MDM, but another punchout solution).

There is nothing in the OCI documentation about Brazil fields.

How is SAP standard for this ? Users order from the catalog and then fill out the 5 brazil fields in SRM ??? Or.

Hi,

The OCI interface does not have the Brazil fields in it, for all defined fields check structure BBP_WS_OCI_ITEM_S in SRM in SE11.

The way to handle this is really up to you:

1.  You can enhance the OCI interface by extending the include CI_OCI_CUSTOMER_EXTENSION (same structure) and let the users fill these fields in the catalog and move these extra fields to the brazil fields in badi BBP_CATALOG_TRANSFER. The fields need to be defined and mapped in the catalog as well

2. You let the users do what you proposed yourself.

Robin

Hi Michael

If you activated the Brazil localizations and run the objects DNL_CUST_TAX, DNL_CUST_TXJCD and DNL_CUST_BRAZIL the fields NCM Code, Material Usage, Material origin, Mat. CFOP category, Produced in-house are tranfered from SAP ECC to your products in SAP SRM (transaction COMMPR01), so when you transfer the products from any catalog the field automatically will be filled.

Hi Nilson

Thank you.. but my catalog items do not have material numbers.

We do not use material numbers at all in our current SRM solution/setup.
