How to give Folder level access to user ?

I want to give folder level access to perfect user.....

If you have any Step By Step Document then forward me...

I have created one user xyz , after that what is the next step.

Please help me..........

      One of the new features supported in IDT Business Layer is something called "Manager Business Layer Views".  Using this option you can create many different view from the MASTER and assign security to those views.
