Hi All,

We just upgraded to 4.0 SP5 from 4.0 SP4 FP3. When trying to login Information Design Tool then  I see the below error, Please advise.

RUC,

     Did you upgrade ALL the client tools to BU 4.0 w/SP5 as well.  The Platform and Client MUST be running the same build.

let me be more clear, We successfully completed SP 5 installation the server side ( Linux )

Now I am upgrading to SP5 on the local machine I mean client tools. The issue is with the client tools.
