Upgrade from R/3 Enterprise 110 to 200

Hello, for technical reason we have to upgrade from 46C to R/3 Enterprise 4.7 Extension Set 110 and then to Extension Set 200. Has someone experience with upgrading from Ext 110 to Ext 200? Is this a whole new upgrade with prepare, binding support packages? What about the runtime?

Hello,

This is a whole upgrade. but not much worry for you as there is no change in kernel both version uses 640 kernel and Application component ABAP, BASIS both are using 620.
