Hai Experts;

where we can give negotiated car rental rate ( price per km)?

in spro-travel planning- --- Define Car Rental Rates or S_AHR_61006700 we can only able to give rate description and is updating the table TA20NCR.

where we can give rate (price). while checking table level, i found one table TA20NC and there rate exist. whether this is correct also how we can give rate in config/enduser level.

iS it possible?

User requirement is that when they are booking cab, they need to enter estimated kilometer. then system should automatically calculate the rate based on which service provider he selected in his webdynpro application.

so when the user input km and selected a service provider, from where we cab take the estimated cost per km for that service provider and send to the approver.
