J1IEX posting Issue for part 2

Hello Experts,

Dealer Purchase Case

I got an error when trying to post excise invoice in J1IEX.

All Part I entries have been canceled for excise invoice 201214801 2012

Message no. 4F113”

The part – I has already been posted.

All the document year, excise year in all related excise tables are correct.

Purchase Order is with Account Assignment Categary "A" i.e. Asset purchase Order, There is no material master only Text is there.

In Excise Invoice there is Cenvat Credit available quantity is Zero

There is no reverse document.

Please help.

Have you gone through the said SAP Knowledge base article?

It clearly says that the Excise Invoice number, Date and Year should be same in all the tables like J_1IEXCHDR, J_1IEXCDTL, J_1IGRXREF.

Please check the same and correct it if required in tables..
